GALLERIA UMBERTO Designed with the intent to be a monumental work itself, as long as other surrounding monuments (Maschio Angioino, San Carlo Theater, Royal Palace, Basilica of St. Francesco di Paola), the Galleria Umberto I, since its construction, immediately became the place of the business and social life of the city of Naples.

VIA CHIAIA Pedestrian street, it's one of the famous streets of Naples for shopping.

TEATRO SAN CARLO Inaugurated in 1737, it's the oldest opera house in the world still in operation.

GALLERIA BORBONICA It's an underground cavity of Naples that extends below the hill of Pizzofalcone, near the Royal Palace, in the district San Ferdinando. This is one of the most fascinating tour of the Naples Underground circuit and is the pride of civil engineering; inside the gallery they were found several vehicles and motorcycles of the 40s, 50s and 60s as well as ancient statues and remnants of World War II.

PIAZZA DEL PLEBISCITO It's located between the waterfront and Via Toledo, with an area of about 25,000 square meters, is one of the largest in the city and this is used for large public events.

PALAZZO REALE It was the historic residence of the kings of Naples of the Bourbon dynasty from 1734 to 1861, interrupted only for a decade in the early nineteenth century during the French occupation with Giuseppe Bonaparte and Gioacchino Murat, and, as a result of the unification of Italy, the Savoy. It is nowdays mainly used as a museum center, in particular the Royal Apartments.

MASCHIO ANGIOINO/CASTEL NUOVO It is an historical, medieval and Renaissance castle, and one of the symbols of the city of Naples.

CASTEL DELL’OVO The oldest castle of the city of Naples (first century BC) and is one of the symbols that most stand out in the gulf. It is located by the sea, next to the port of Santa Lucia and Borgo Marinari, between the neighbours of San Fernando and Chiaia, in front of Via Partenope.

MOLO BEVERELLO It is part of the Port of Naples from where fast boats link Naples to the Gulf islands such as Ischia, Capri or the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento. In the heart of the city, just across the Maschio Angioino, it is connected to all parts of Naples by all public transport means.

VIA DUOMO One of the main arteries of the city, home to the majestic Duomo di San Gennaro, tied to the patron saint of the city. A church rich in history and culture, home to the Chapel of the Treasure of San Gennaro, the heart of Neapolitan religious tradition, with bronze and silver statues of saints, the famous "bulb" containing the blood of San Gennaro, which on several occasions during 'year offers the miracle of liquefaction, and images of high-level painting, made by the greatest artists of the' 600 Naples. A rich and complete exhibition of Baroque art and architecture in Naples.

SAN BIAGIO DEI LIBRAI Famous street for its shops and Cornicelli, typical of the culture and of the strong Neapolitan superstition.

SAN GREGORIO ARMENO The way of the cribs, which offers the most comprehensive showcase of pastors from around the world. From scenes of daily life and market, religious scenes, through to celebrities in vogue at the time, everything is fine in the cribs of this street.

VIA DEI TRIBUNALI Ancient street, part of "Spaccanapoli" where you can find some of the most famous pizzerias in the city.

CAPPELLA SANSEVERO A magnificent chapel built by the Prince of Sansevero, Raimondo di Sangro. It contains sculptures dedicated to the virtues of the whole family. It is said that the Prince was an alchemist and passionated of all sciences. Here stands the astonishing "Cristo Velato" sculpture, created by Sammartino, who has not only carved in marble a Christ near real; he made a veil of marble which, penetrating in all joints of the body of Christ, accentuates the anatomy as if it were a real cloth towel. In fact, the legend says that this is the result of a process of marbling of a real veil, and not a sculpture made from a block of marble.

PIAZZA SAN DOMENICO MAGGIORE Where stands the magnificent spire of St. Dominic, a saint who on several occasions, throughout history, has replaced most important San Gennaro.

PIAZZA DEL GESÙ Here, in addition to the spire of the Immaculate Conception, one can admire the Church of Gesu Nuovo, an example of condensed from different ages. The '400, with the fascinating and unusual facade with the ashlar diamond, the' 500, with its typical shape of the Counter (single aisle and very wide), and the '600, for the rich baroque decorations with paintings of the greatest masters of the time.

PIAZZA BELLINI where many bars with their outdoor tables, mingle with history, thanks to the remains of the Greek walls of tufa, which are placed right at the center of this square.
